General Fiat punto semi-automatic transmission problem

Hello. I have fiat punto 2003 semi-automatic. I cant transmisson to any gear. Its just stuck in 3th gear and i cant shift in 1th. I cant move my car i cant do anything. Its just cant shift. Its semi-automatic model 1.4.

Probably simple if youve had the car for months...and this is the first problem
