Technical Fiat Punto CD Facia Plate.

I have a MK2 Fiat Punto, I bought a facia plate from Halfords for £15.99 today and it doesn't mount properly. It looks as if it's a perfect fit, but doesn't physically clip in at all.

I've tried pushing the plate as far in as possible and it keeps popping out whilst driving.

If anyone knows how to mount it properly can you please inform me.

I had this same problem, i gave up in the end and whacked 2 lumps of blutack on the end of the "clips" that dont clip. Havent thought about it since this! It was a temp fix at the time but im guessing it will suffice seeing as i havent noticed it!

I was thinking Araldite, but that would **** me over if I ever wanted to take it out .

I'll check out blue-tac tomorow :]

chuck it in the bin & get a genuine facia from dealer.
