I have just recently bought an 08 Panda but not sure if the dials, ie. Heating, fan (high&low numbers) should light up its only basic model if that helps.
Any advice please x

They should light up. The oval covers can be (carefully) popped out with a flat screwdriver or plastic prybar used for trims.

You can buy single bulbs in the motor spares shops, but I got a pack of 10 bulbs from ebay for £2 including postage

I have a 2011 Panda MyLife and while fitting fog light switch noted there is neither bulb nor wiring to light up the 12v socket even though it has the orange ring with bulb housing. Another job to get a bulb holder adn wire it in. Easy now there is a lights powered supply right there now the fogs are in.
