So I got the bleeding kit, I can confirm the cap size for a MK3 Fiat Panda is for sure 45mm.

The 45mm cap that connects to the pressure container on the bleeding kit is a perfect fit onto the reservoir.

If I was to buy a bleed kit again I would go for the vacuum type.
This is absolutely the easiest one-man way to bleed hydraulics that I know of, and certainly the least messy. I have a Sealey VS403 which I bought quite some time ago. Not the cheapest (though a quick search will find plenty of online sellers offering it for about half that price), but one of the better ones.

You need to remove as much brake fluid from the reservoir and top up with clean first
That. And the vacuum bleeder comes in handy for this also.

Well I've been at the brakes with the bleeding kit this morning. Worked a treat. I've a solid brake pedal again. Well I say again, but really for the first time since I've owned the car. 😆

Going to leave a link to the bleeding kit I picked up from eBay for anyone that's interested.

Thanks again to everyone.
