Fiat panda 169 Steering wheel cable? with cable

Hello, I bought a new 2 din radio.

There are 2 signal cables for the steering wheel.

But I couldn't find where to connect these two cables in my vehicle?

It is not stated in the service chart either.

I would be very happy if anyone can help

I detected the problem.

There is a large slot at the back for the steering wheel.

The person who wore it before tucked it in the back.

My Steering Wheel controls are now working.
