Good day all I am new here and would please like some advice on a problem I am having with my Fiat Palio 1.2 mpi. The problem started about 3months ago right after I had a small accident with the car (don't knoe if it's relevant). It started to backfire through the intake manifold and on acceleration it looses power. I have replaced all the fuel injectors, bought new plug wires, changed the MAP sensor, checked the throttle position sensor, changed the throttle body, changed the coil packs, checked the timing, changed the ECU. Now the backfiring through the intake is gone, but it's still very heavy on fuel and on acceleration it looses power, any ideas on where to look next?

Kind regards and thank you

Is the exhaust manifold cracked? That can cause the O2 to sensor send strange values to the ECU.

The engine has a crank position sensor which can have strange effects when its failing. Usually worse when hot. They are cheap enough to simply replace.
