Hi,

I have just bought a brava 1.4sx, without owners handbook. It says on the sound system about cd changer, where is it?, does it have one hidden somewhere just waiting for me to find it? If it doesn't have one, does it need a certain type and how much are they?.

Thanks

try in your boot, or under your rear seat! The standard fiat radios often advertise they have changer control but no changer,

Also maybe if you have just bought it, was it from a dealer?? If so did he not say it had a CD changer?? Hint Hint, Some dealers can't remember what they say when they smell a sale, If your lucky he'll give you the oney for one :)

Hi Rob,

You say you've just bought your Brava and i know this has nothing to do with your CD changer but did you get the RED key and TWO blue keys when you bought it.?

Rab.

Yes i got the red key and two blue ones. I have read somebody elses handbook today and it says the cabling is in the boot on the left hand side. It was a private sale, so no chance of getting a cd player off the guy, if he had one. He didn't try to sell me one, so i ssume he didn't have one. Any ideas where i can get one, and how much. Can i just buy any car cd player or do i have to buy a special fiat one.

Re: Re: Fiat newbie in need of advise

I got a mechanic friend to give it a good going over before i bought it. I will read the guide, thanks

Re: Re: Fiat newbie in need of advise

Thanks Sy, i got to look at a owners manual today and red that the cabling should be on the left in the boot, just have to get the player itself. Any advise on player type.
