Tuning Fiat multiplayer conversion

Hi I have a 2010 fiat multipla and also have a 2.4 brerra jtdm I want to transplant the engine from Alfa to fiat I’ve seen that it’s been done does anyone have any info on conversion what problems I should expect etc
