Hi everyone, first post and to start with in a dilemma of some sort. So the starter motor went on my fiat fiorino 1.3 multijet diesel, so I ended up buying one off a crashed 2021 plate car and it fitted perfectly, bolts lined up and tighten fine but as I've fitted wiring up and gone to start I've got no start, not turning over not even a click. I made sure the wires went in the correct way with the signal wire fire, the the batt, then the alternator wire. So I'm wondering if it's just the fact it's the new style alternator and won't work on older generation, any help would be massively appreciated as I'm out of work until I can get it back on the road,
