Technical Taxation class of my Fiat Fiorino ?

Hello all, new to the forum and despite 45 years of driving in the UK i am new to Fiat,s, not that ive had chance to drive my new vehicle yet.

I have bought from a local general auction house a 2013 Fiat Fiorini 1.3 D multijet,2 seater , 75hp , bought without log book , i am filling in a form V62 in order to get a log book in my name, the form asks for "Tax Class" . despite my best effforts i cannot find the tax class anywhere, i have phoned two dealers and they have no idea what it is !!!. searching the internet only reveals information about 5 seate vehicles.

Does anyone know what the taxation class is for the vehicle please. down the line i am sure i will need more questions answering i.e is there such as a Haynes manual for the vehicle ...

It's a little goods van, so I'd go with (page4) :
Light goods vehicle Effective from 1 March 2001. N1* vehicles designed for the carriage of
goods and not exceeding 3,500kg revenue weight (including 3 wheeled
vehicles over 450kg unladen).

Light Goods vehicle is your Tax Class

Hi Zaphodb, ive seen that paper but it doesnt tell me what the class of my vehicle is, it explains what each classification means but that doesnt help me to classify mine.

i have just seen your post update as i am typing this - oh its just dissapeared (the update) when i put the reg number into my Ebay is states MPV but that cannot be right as it is a 2 seater, it was registered 30th December 2013

You put down what you believe to be right and fair, and I am sure the DVLA will correct you if necessary. AT the end of the day its up to them, and they will have previousrecords to go off. If you pay something sensible they can always ask or tell you to chaange it. They are after all good at that bit......

Below the above report is an option to view the tax rate for the vehicle but to continue i need a 11 digit code,,,,,, from the log book ,,,, which i dont have . i am going to send the form off with light gooods vehicle and take it from there . the report does say type appeoval N1 , same as you mention above so i think you are right .
