Fiat EPER error 666

Hello,

The last couple of weeks I can not see parts in the Fiat EPER catalog. after the last step (selecting components) I get the message with error 666.

Does someone know more about this?

Too many people looking at that time.

I tend to use one of the other parts reference sites.

SEARCH on here is very good.

Unfortunately, it's a very old buggy system and can only support a limited number of concurrent users. ben may be able to carry out a reset to get it working again, but a quick google search should find you other versions which may work better.

That happened to me last night when I was looking for info on that clutch pipe. I'm not very "tech savvy" so thought it was just me doing something wrongly - again! When I tried again about 1/2 an hour later it worked fine. Now I know why. I believe there is the facility to enter the vehicle's VIN to refine the search? I can't find where you do this - where should I look?

Click "Go!" on the opening page, then "Spare Parts", then "Fiat". Should get you to the page below. Enter the VIN bottom left.

The forum copy of ePER is 12/07/2005, so it won't recognise VINs later than that date.

Thanks Davren. Obvious when you look at it. Eye test soon, maybe I need a new prescription?
