Technical Fiat Ducato key problem

Hello.


I have a 2014 Fiat Ducato 2.3 The central locking does not work when I press the buttons on the key,
I have changed the key battery twice.
The doors lock and unlock manually when keys are used in the door.
I have had the service department reprogramme the keys to BCM,still not working,.can anyone help with the problem.

Do the indicators flash when you press key button?You checked the fuses at the body computer if yes and all ok reboot body computer disconnect the main red feed wires to body comp or disconnect battery

I have been struggling with this problem for about 2 months, both the Fiat dealers in Auckland NZ have tried to fix the problem with no luck.
I have disconnected the battery as you have suggested ,Problem Solved ,
