Technical Fiat Ducato 2.3 2021 9 SPD Auto gearbox severe vibration.

I am looking for some advice, I have had my Ducato converted to campervan. Everything was running smoothly for the first 6 months. It then developed a dynamic vibration and a torque converter issue. The Dealer eventually sorted the Torque converter however the vibration remains and is getting worse. Has anybody experienced this and know of a fix or repair. Thank you

Firstly if its a 'van' its guaranteed for 3 years so is still Fiat's problem
But if its a 'motorhome' its only guaranteed for 2
