Technical Fiat Doblo Multijet gear linkages and gearstick set up

Hi all,
My Doblo recently broke down with snapped gear linkages.
Bought the part from Fiat fitted it ok, but now when selecting 1st I get reverse.
We discovered a bit of rubber which had fallen off the gearstick to the left of it which we have re-attached, and this has partly helped (looks like a botched job)
So my question is, does anyone or could anyone kindly take a picture of their gearstick without the cover on so I can compare.
Cables have all ben triple checked and are conected correctly.
Any help appreciated with how the gear stick looks naked lol

Yore in luck, I’ve been driving around with it like this for a week or so…
2013 multi jet 1.3
Any other angles you want let me know, you may want to note it may not be perfect, the gearstick doesn’t centralise on its own, 3rd and forth can be a bit hit and miss when going down more than up… so if you happen have any ideas on that, I’d be grateful, might have to start a thread for that rather than hijack yours.

No problem, I managed to find the answer to my gearstick centralising problem on here just after, It's so hard to get any tech support for modern vehicles if you want to have a go. It all helps us get sorted.

It's in the Panda section bt relates to the mltijet 1.3 so I'm going to look there first.
