Technical fiat doblo 1.9 multijet starting issue

ay up ...got a 64 plate doblo started having a issue starting a couple weeks ago ...van will start and run extremely lumpy also when this happens there is no accelerator it does nothing ...ive changed the fuel filter and its still the same , after about 5-10 mins of the engine idling like dog dirt it normally sorts its self out and runs ok when warmed up also the engine management code was a spurious one

Hi All I'm having a starting issue with my 2L disel mulitjet. When the car is cold it takes several turns of the key to get the engine to catch and when it does it wont rev. If you leave it ticking over for 30seconds it then revs and drives perfectly. Restarting when warm is perfectly normal...
