If you don't have the code on the code card (usually with the car's handbook) then you need to take the part number (or something) to Fiat for them to issue a new code.

Ack no edit available... Phone Fiat to find out what to do. There isn't a great trade in stolen Bravo head units as the only other cars they will fit are other breava/o/mareas - and they all have the same head unit! Getting the code shouldn't be too hard, although that depends how helpful your Fiat dealer is going to be.
