General Fiat App not working

I have recently purchased a 2025 Fiat 500e
The fiat app seemed to work well up until a few days ago. But recently the pre-conditioning function has stopped working, I am unable to check battery and it no longer supports charging of my car.
I am not sure what to do and looks like the customer service line is not open on weekends?
Can you help/ advise?

Technology is great, eh? All I would suggest is maybe uninstall the app and re-install it on your phone.
Also power off / on your phone after you have uninstalled the app, before re-installing it.

How long have you had the car? Fiat only offer the app free of charge for the first 3 months. After that, it's a subscription fee to use the functions you mention. You should be able to check in the app whether your subscription is live though.
