Technical Fiat 500 S Speedometer reading

Hi everyone, I've noticed the past few times going through radar speed signs that my speedo reads higher that the road side warning. Is there anyway using multiecuscan to adjust the speedo settings. Thanks.

How much faster?
Every speedo on a car reads high, that way they can't be blamed if you are caught speeding. It can be as much as 10% high.

It’s only 3mph @30mph. Suppose it makes sense, I just thought it might have been because it had bigger wheels.

Probably but 500 wheels with correct tyres should still be the same rolling diameter either 15,16 or 17
