Technical Fiat 500 Instrument Cluster showing gobbledygook

Hello,

So for a while, the cluster would work and then bug out then work again but, for a while it's been like the picture. It looks like it's trying to send information to the dashboard but interpreting it incorrectly!

Anyone had the same situation and how did you fix it?

Yep a not totally uncommon issue, not a mot failure as I understand the accepted fix is a replacement cluster secondhand
