i just updated blue&me to 5.4 without any complications, then i installed ecodrive, it also completed without any error but it wasn't same as written in the instructions. instructions say that when it's finished, it should say update complete on the screen which it didn't(it did when i was updating blue&me earlier) but it mentioned vocally that update is complete and i should remove the memory stick. so i removed my usb memory and started the car as instructed. about 2 minutes it was written voice in radio screen and nothing beside that happened. then i plugged my memory stick again hoping something whould change and nothing happened for about another minute. after waiting a bit more, "voice" disapeared and radio started to play, after few seconds it said eco drive: on, and then something like ecodrive memory stick on(i dont remember well).
i dont know if there is something wrong but it looks like working well, i'm going to be sure after five days of driving. here are my questions,
1. "eco drive: on" takes almost a 30 seconds to appear on screen, is this ok because it says it would take few seconds in the instructions.
2. can i leave the usb stick in the slot? i tried once and it didn't try to install ecodrive again in the startup, it seems to be ok.
3. i have a nokia e51 and blue&me doesn't read the messages, but everything else work fine. is this a common situation in symbian operated phones?
forgive my english, thanks in advance. i drive a 500 by the way
