T Tom Guest May 31, 2005 #2 Faulty means it doesn't work properly a coil is the thing that generates the voltage that makes spark plugs spark. No spark = missfire.

G gary c Guest May 31, 2005 #4 take it the compression tested ok - get the coil checked with a multimeter if its suspect 2 min job.
OP OP I Iceash Guest Jun 1, 2005 #5 Ol Yea cha cha cha ching! Jackpot!!!!! It was the coil after all, only £20 pounds as well sweet, runs like a mini beast as well seems to have more power and no more back firing!! Thanks for all the Help, Iceash.
