Technical fault codes for 1997 Ulysse

I am after the fault codes for a 1997 2.1 ulysse especially the ABS. Does the site have downloads for this?

Hi.
You need to connect to the OBD port on the car. Once you get a code..you can then google it to find common issues

the Ulysse was a joint venture with PSA - peugeot / citroen,

and I believe you need their Lexia software - rather than FIAT / Alfa kit e tend to use..,

Many thanks for that. I have just bought a code reader and will be having a go when it gets a bit warmer. Will I be able to download the Lexia codes via google?

Hi Alan,
ok - the basics..;

a lot of cheap code readers just read the ENGINE ECU - for engine codes

for airbag . abs, lighting circuits, etc,
you need to communicate with the body computer..

all faults are stored with a designation number;
