Fastforward or Rewind with Blue&Me

does anyone know how to fastforward or rewind through songs with Blue&Me? (mp3 on a USB pen drive)

i just can't seem to do it.

I just press the windows button and say next or previous to skip a track but i dont think you can fastforward or rewind within a track.
