Fascia lights - what do they all mean?

OK I think I've sussed that the light at the top left side of my cinqs dash is related to fuel injection but does anyone have any idea why it would keep coming on when I've been tootling along at any speed over 55 for a sustained length of time - like 5 mins on the motorway? It goes off once I reduce speed but its damned annoying!!The Haynes Manual is less than useful

It's telling you there's some problem with the engine management, most common fault is the Lambda sensor.
