Go into Windows update and check for updates
The update is live for x64 and x86 Vista. Not sure about XP but I'd assume it's live too.

i have xp, and ie6, and im guessing that there wont be any more patches for ie6... wonder i i should "upgrade" or not....

Just checked on another site and the XP updates are live too in x86 and x64 flavoursoh ok. Yeah im lazy
