FAO everyone, i thought all 1.8s were the same, or is Sly`s faster?

heres a video that was taken from Slysi`s car on the way down to Warwickshire:



now then accordding to Sly his was the fastest,

"this is in my bravo which was the fastest out all the 1.8 bravo's in the video"- Facebook 16/3/08

oddly enough i could have sworn we all had the same power that day as Karl and myself were also driving 1.8 bravos that day and i had virtually the same set up as Slysi, stainless exhaust and K&N filter,

(sorry to seem as tho i`m on my high horse here, but got to admit theres no proof in the video apart from Si over takin, i just want to know what Sly means here)

I say let Sly-si think what he wants..... the only thing that was different between all three cars where branding of parts and ride height....

Mine stood on normal shocks/springs on 17"s with a cone air filter (most likely without sufficient cold air flow) on a sportex cat back system

Sly-si stood on 60mm drop on 17"s with a custom made induction with plenty of cold air feed and a custom system...

Mad you was on 17"s with a cat back system not sure about an induction kit.....

Sly just cus you overtake it dont mean yours is the quickest.... next time we are all on the toll road (mad you'll have to sit this one out unless you can borrow scratchy back for that day) well have to see who is quicker.... my guess is you would be last but not because your car is slower...

@Mick i`m just askin and i`m goin the long way about it, Scratchy was on 15`s before she went, i`m just thinkin that all the 1.8 bravos on that mornin all had about the same power, meanin if we went for an all out race we would all come out about the same on a straight run, but then again on a public road its not a good idea nor is it legal to do so,

i Ain`t after an arguement far from it, it just got me thinkin as to why he thought his was the fastest, after the comment he made on facebook last nite, i found it kinda funny to be honest, and i ain`t havin a go either, so don`t over-react fella i had to put this up as i had to find out the reason as to why

its all about how well ur car is serviced....if u dont take good care of ur car...u can loose power due to wear and tear on the engine...
