Dont think my fan working on radiator multipla 1.9 jtd 2004 gets extremely hot when stuck in traffic but when start moving again drops on my over cars I have owned theres been a switch in the radiator that brings the fan on carnt see one on this.

If it has aircon the fan should be 2 speed.
Give the fan 12v direct supply.. could well be a bad fan motor.
Cheap replacement is simple enough..
