General Failed!!!

Took me car for a MOT today and FAILED. But i dont really no wat a couple of the faults are, Heres the list:

- rear parking brake recording little or no effort (Im confused, it works)

- rear wheel bearing excessive roughness in a rear wheel bearing (Aaa???)

- windsreen washer provides insufficient washer fluid (Lol becoming a bit picky i think)

- Service brake efficiency below requirements

Can any1 tell me wat i've got to do to fix um n how much it will cost, apart from the obvious.

mate that dont seem to bad put some new rear breaks in then might just need to ajust the handbrake setting at the same time doing the brakes replace the rear wheel bearings but id change both of the rear 1s same time .as for the washer might just need to put a pin down the spray hole to clear it hope you get it sorted soon

You carnt now, computerised mot's throw up any previous failure details when you put the details of the car in!
