Technical Erratic idling

Evening everybody

i have had my coupe ( 2.0 16v n/a ) now for two weeks and since picking it up have only one niggle
she idles between 500 and 1500 when hot or cold, jerks around at thirty and the injection light comes on when pootling i have cleaned the vae valve blown through the vacuum pipe from the map sensor and dont know where to turn i have searched on the interweb and been told its the map sensor, the lambda sensor, the icv, i have also had a nightmare trying to register on fccuk
so what else shall i try cleaning ? or could it be a vacuum leak?
i had a similiar issue on an alfa 145 a couple of years back never solved that before selling it either

Sounds like Idle valve problem. start it up, if it starts revving up and down disconnect it, should solve the problem, if it does then try cleaning, or replace.

Doh! how stupid do i feel i tried disconnecting everything except that :bang:
