what age of van ,
how many miles covered..??

does it start instantly hot + cold..??

p1555 is overboost wastegate sticking is common enough in this age van especially motorhomes which stand for several months a year. Disconnect the wastegate actuator and check the wastegate for stiffness, if stiff apply penetrating oil and work the wastegate lever back and forward until it moves freely.
