Hello,

Am getting some rough idle and also engine speed fluctuations, like it feels like it wants to give more power and then drop down again immediately afterwards. This is stationary with engine running.

I took the car for a drive down the motorway to test the engine speed and cam position and vvt solenoid, but I don't understand the graphs off MultiEcuscan.

Does it all look normal, or is there some other things I should be looking out for or testing?

Take your car to a good, professional mechanic!

This forum has a lot of great folk in it and we are good at sharing out knowledge and expertise. But trying to diagnose a car that seems to have many issues via an online forum is not really going to work - although we’ve all tried pretty hard to help.

The graphs look dramatic but look at the side axes (scales). For example, the last one is engine idle speed, which is only varying by 20rpm at about 700rpm - which is not very much at all (about 3 percent)

How does your Panda compare with other cars you’ve driven or previously owned? Can you get someone else to drive yours to see what they feel? Was it new when you bought it? If not, what service history is there with it?
