Technical engine set up information

Hello,
i have a 1999-2000 bravo hgt.
its been mainly in storage unused in the 4 years of my ownership, ive looked at the paperwork for the first time today, it has piper cams, gas flowed and ported cylinder head. ported inlet manifold, 348 injectors and a lightened flywheel. ive spoken to the previous owner and the engine has never been set up. whos the best to do this and what costs should i expect?
