Engine (Radiator) fan

Is there a way of testing if the clutch is bust on the radiator fan. My Tipo is heating up at traffic lights and cooling again when i get going so i assume the fan is not coming on.

1st thing to check is if the fuse is blown,2nd check if the fan is getting power at the motor connections and if so most likely you need a new fan motor.i assume you have checked coolant levels etc?

check the fan switch in the rad, i'm going to guess its the same as a cinq. unplug the wires from the side of the rad and short them. the fan should kick in
