Technical engine oil

Hi We have a 2000 multipla elx 1.6 petrol, I want to do an oil change and have access to texaco engine oils at a very advantagious rate.
My question is must I use the "SELINA"(semi synthetic?) engine oil or can I use the equiverlent TEXACO mineral oil.

My choice would be the semi-synthetic. However, if you can get mineral oil cheaper, and, could change the oil every 5000 miles then what the hell use this!
