Hello,

Could someone offer me some advice please? We have a 57 plate 1.2 petrol Panda; the engine fault light came on and our local garage diagnosed it as a fault on No 3 injector. They changed that but then noticed the fault reappeared - so advised us to do some investigating to keep costs down. We noticed that some of the wiring was damaged/badly connected as it came out of the ECU connector to the engine harness - causing intermittent misfires - as you moved the wires side to side.
We purchased a replacement wiring harness - but the part number was slightly different and when it arrived, we discovered that it had a different connector for the ECU.
We need 00552031150 but can't find one that matches - either second hand or new. Can anyone point us in the right direction for a replacement, or, the best way to repair it. A kit or alternative? We are really stuck...
Many thanks

pretty much every 1.2 panda of the same trim level 2004-2008 , should be the same.

2010 and 11 are differently different. 1.1 active is different

Thanks Koalar. I have just seen one advertised in Holland that matches the part number exactly. I'm not sure how I'd find out the different trim levels etc. Ali

you will have to phone around. Most breaker will just cut them out and cash them in for scrap copper. There's neatly always always someone on ebay stripping one down

Hi,
Similar to the above, I am looking for a replacement ECU connector (smaller plug of the two) and a section of the cable attached, for my 2009 Fiat Panda 1.2 Dynamic (169).

I've contacted a few breakers and sent messages to some online parts sellers, but not had any luck so far.

Wondering if anyone has any tips as to how I might source this?

Thanks

Should be a fairly trivial task to find one at the breakers, Pandas are now getting to the age were they are scrapped on a regular bases

There's a few on ebay that's alway breaking pandas, you just need to message a few for example netpart is breaking a few and has 100% feed back

Where in the UK are you?
I find it’s always best to go to the scrappers/dismantlers and get exactly what you want BUT they’re few and far between now. There are still some that let you wander round, if attended.

Thanks for the feedback - I've just dropped netparts a message

Based in North Hampshire, not too far from Basingstoke. All of the local breakers haven't got any Pandas in at the moment so may just be a waiting game! Thanks

Be careful you get the correct one

Euro5
Powered throttle
Cable throttle
4x4

There's been several different ECUs fitted

My 2005 1.2 is nothing like my 2011 1.2 and they are both powered throttles
