Technical Electric Demons

I have a 00 1.2 punto with some weird electric issues. When the passengers side brake light is applied the flasher on the light cluster comes on...........

Also when i turn on the fan for the heaters the parking lights come on and the fan doesnt..................

Any ideas guys?????????????

bad earth often on a bulb socket or plug to a light cluster,

I was thinking that for the light issue but the heater problem has me puzzled, do you think this would be an earth aswell?
