Egea, anyone?

Hello all!

Just bought a Tipo HB a couple of days ago. It's branded as Fiat Egea where we live. I'm interested in learning more about the car so I thought I'd check out the forums.

Thank you. This is my second. The first one was (actually still is) a Palio. I had bought that one from a friend when I was urgently in need of a car and it was below 15000 kms back then. Soon after I bought a Mazda 3 and gave the Palio to my dad so he could get rid of the 92' Renault 11 he'd been driving for a while. He doesn't drive actively any longer but they still keep it as an emergency vehicle.

I've driven the Tipo for about 200 km's now. Although I can't imagine a worse engine than the 1.4 petrol engine on this car, I'm quite impressed by the whole package. I think it's a great family car. Very comfortable and the feature set it offers at this price point is honestly jaw dropping.

These new budget cars are much better than most luxury cars of the past in that sense.
