Hmm, electric superchargers. They will have to get their input energy from somewhere - your battery or alternator. Can't get something for nothing.

As an electric RC aircraft designer I'm interested in the powertrains these things have. They ought to use brushless motors for efficiency but it remains to be seen. If you were deadly keen on getting one installed I'm sure you could do it cheaper with off the shelf model ducted fans and motors. I saw an american induction system that did just this.

I'd avoid the electric supercharger if I were you, can you really see it producing the pressures necessary to make any gains? There was a thread on the started by TC in the auction forum (as pointed out by our new mod Steve :D)
