Technical Ducato engine management light ,error code po53c.

Hi All,
I am getting the above light coming on intermittently. When I plug in the OBD II reader it shows PO53C, however it then goes out after taking the van for a drive. Switch the engine off, restart, error has gone. Restart the next day, light & error is back!Any ideas would be much appreciated. Van is 2017 2.3 150bhp.
