General ducato 1.9d shudder

good morning all
i have got a 1988 1.9d ducato camper van which will not go up incline without shuddering.feels like she is going to shake apart.put her in 5th downhill or on the level and she runs fine.if i call for a bit of power at 50mph she starts to shudder again.take my foot off throttle and gently apply pressure she will stop shaking and run fine.
this is baffling me and so would be grateful if some of you guys in this forum could put forward some solutions to me.

I have a similar problem,I have had new bushes fitted to the steering new tyres ,balanced twice and although this all seems to have helped a little it still wobbles when I apply power at about 35mph.
Have you solved the problem? if so I would like to hear from you.
