Hello. I have no front dipped and main lights on my 04 Ducato. Rear and side lights are fine. Checked all fuses and relays. Can’t seem to find a wiring diagram anywhere. Help.

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
A common factor in your faults could be the earth connection to the column switch. Do headlamps illuminate if you remove the relays, and short contasct 87 to 30 (live)? If OK, this wiould eliminate wiring to lights from fusebox. Also fuses F24, and F37 in LHS cab fusebox must be OK, even though not shown on diagrams.

Please find attached a selection of diagrams, including some of my own which may help.

For connector wiring information see here, select function, then diagram and scroll down to links to connectors.

Do ask if anything is not clear.

When your problem is fixed, please take the time to post on this thread, so as to help others, as that is how a forum works.

Many thanks for your swift help. I was going in blind with no diagram but this will help for sure. I will have a go after work and let you know. Thanks.
Ok, so I’ve shorted 87 & 30, and lights work, progress. I’ve put the meter on 85 and got 12v.

Also, what/where is the H090?
H090 is the "Switch Control Panel" which is part of the auxilliary switches below the radio. If necessary access is from top, by removing radio etc. No details available. It has been described as a forerunner to the body computer, which echoes my thoughts. My input/outbut details attached FWIW.

!2v on 85 should be via ignition switch. I suggest skip H090 for moment, as easier to get to column switches. Identify correct pins and connect to earth in turn, for main & dip beams. I emphasise correct pins as side lights have 12V, not earth, on switch and cable. As both beams not working, perhaps a missing earth.

I have added my own ignition switch diagram. It saves getting into a spin when trying to read sidelight diagram. (There is a circuit across my diagram when a black square appears below the key position)

Morning, I’m back in the light issue.
Having put the meter on the black/violet wire it reads -0.8v. Does that indicate a weak earth? Am I right I’m saying that Earth is the trigger for the solenoid in the relay?

I don’t know which F37 is, so I’ve just checked them all. Hi earth from grey and grey/green from column stalk.
The attached diagram was provided earlier in this thread.
