Technical Dualogic question

Hey all, I’m new to the forum and have a tech question
I just bought a 2013 Fiat 500 Gucci with the dialogic transmission,
It drives great and shifts through all the gears fine other than it won’t go back into N if I shift to it, obviously it does when I turn the car off and back on as it resets. Everything else is great.
I checked the fluid level and noticed they it is way higher than the max level line (I levelled the car up on stands, car was not running when I checked level)
Could this be why I won’t take the N and beep ?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I can't comment on the oil level question but the car must be left in gear when the engine is turned off. Our Dualogic has been gone twelve months now but if I remember correctly the beep warning comes on if you switch off the engine while in N.

The level is only supposed to be checked after running software to depressurise the system.
