I am working towards passing my driving test in a few months and have been driving around in a fiat 500 dualogic (2017) that I purchased a few months ago. It is a really lovely car. However, I have noticed that now and again when I press the break pedal the car surges forward a bit for a few seconds and picks up speed before actually slowing down! I have no idea why this happens but it can be a bit scary. Not sure if it is something to do with the automatic gears (I drive the car purely in auto mode and not semi-auto/manual)? I wonder if anyone else has experienced this? Any ideas or advice?
