Still after help here

Clutch overheating still. And one got data on this
Clutch position closed self tuning. 22.64mm
Clutch position sensor 21.9mm
What should they be? Anyone guide me in the right direction please

Yes read this thread which has same code as you and the poster posted pictures of the cause and the solution.

Looking back at data on our former Panda, something in the 20ish mm zone looks ok - though on ours all the numbers relating to clutch stroke are always the same.

Sorry if you already said - but have you done the calibrations required for a new clutch with MultiEcuScan or similar?

(Under "adjustments", Clutch drain, Clutch self-calibration enable, Production/service final calibration)

Today I took the dualogic robot off can found one of the two tabs bent inwards so this could of been causing the issue. Anyway I've now replaced the diff bearings on the old box, heated and bent back the tab and installed it all back into the car. It now changes gear beautifully after the carrying out all the software procedures.

Thanks for everyone's help
Well done. Its really good to hear someone has sucessfully got a dualogic job done and working. It seems to be a challenge!

Hi yes done the calibration on our scanner i have brought a service kits for it with an adjustable clutch rod so hopefully I can move the rod back a couple of mm. I am thinking maybe the clutch folk might have an issue or a seal as after turning the engine off after an hour all the oil drains back in the bottle from selespeed unit.

Yes 50 bar to 40 bar drops 2 bar everything gear change. Should it drain that quick after engine has stopped?

Still having problems anyone. Changed the sill kit on selespeed unit. Anyone one the clutch position sensor reading for in neutral and clutch position closed self tuning? And after driving for 2 miles clutch overheating over 290 degrees???? And where does it take reading for overheating see if I can change a sensor??? Any help Thanks

The video is car ticking over the clutch keeps moving every 40 seconds don't know if that's normal?

There are some very good videos on you tube that may help.
I see you have an adjustable clutch push rod fitted, youtube video show how length to set to.
There is no clutch temp sensor , the temp is estimated by the dualogic ecu from other sendor readings.
