Technical DTC error codes

I have scanned a fiat punto evo 1.2
and it gave these errors
B0FC0
U0F00
C0F90
anyone knows what are these errors, because the scanner just say refer to service manual.:bang:

I dont understand your codes, they seems to be in raw format...

Wich scaner do you use ? How the manual of scaner indicate to interprete them ?
