madness, what's wrong with a community mini bus to get them out
I caught the end of the story on radio 4 earlier, how can you claim people need to drink in order to not be depressed, they need to be able to drive somewhere to drink in order to not be depressed, and although they will likely die in an drink driving related accident on there way home, at least they won't have committed suicide through depression, the whole idea is completely insane/ill conceived and strikes of a bunch of councillors who want to get rat-arsed and drive home from council meetings.
That said I think the entire political establishment in Ireland have gone a bit nuts the last few weeks with their own agenda and without any consideration for the people who put them in office
This will do nothing for what the rest of the world sees Ireland as
