How do I clean the Drainage System on my Tipo?

I see some little holes at either side of my sunroof and some underneath the air inlet just below the windscreen.

What tools do I use to unblock it?

Don't what ever you do poke something hard down the hole or you run the risk of splitting the rubber tubing which by now will be brittle. Best thing to try first is to blast air down the drain holes from a garage tyre pump. You will get some funny looks but who cares - it worked with my 16 valve.
