Technical Door wiring loom

Found getting the wiring loom out of a passenger door quite difficult. The plug into the door latch appears to be the hardest. Any tips?

P.S don't buy a 2015 door for a 2013 model, the wiring looms are totally different and found the window and the speaker not working.

Unscrew the door latch so it rattles about, you can move it around inside the door and it's much easier to get off.
