Technical door locks

Hi ALL,
I have a 2006 punto mk2b.
The doors wont lock when i try the drivers side.They keep popping up.
When i use the passenger side they stay locked no problems.
What should i be looking at here to find solution.

The passenger side lock is not registering as locked unless you lock it using the key.

Look at passenger side lock.

I can lock all 4 doors when i turn key on passenger door.
Its the drivers door that creates the problem.All doors wont lock.
Its obviously some kind of electrical problem.

That is because the passenger side lock registers it is locked when you use key in passenger side key hole.

When you use drivers side key hole the passenger side doesn't register as locked so all doors unlock to alert you one door isn't locked.
