im sure this question has been asked before but i cant seem to find the thread. I Noticed this morning the small piece of metal that covers the key hole on my drivers door doesnt flick back over the lock when i take the key out.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Just wanna get it sorted as im worried about further lock damage from frost, rain or thieving little gits!

Re: Re: Re: Door Lock damage

is the face of the keyhole dented or distorted, causing it to stick?

if so, i'd try lifting the dent out with a screwdriver.
it worked on my uno, after some **** tried to nick it, funny bit was, the passenger door was left unlocked!

Mine's the same.
The spring that should return the flap doesn't anymore. Only remedy...new locks.
Key now sticks sometimes when trying to remove it.
Must get remote locking module fitted!

Mark.
